Frequently asked questions
What is IndexGenius Academy?
It is a trading training academy focused on Latin America, with several academies and teachers. You learn step by step, follow live classes and join a community. All content is educational.
Is IndexGenius Academy a broker?
No. We are an educational and technology platform. We do not manage third-party funds or receive money to trade. Trades are made on the broker's platform, under each person's responsibility.
How do I get started?
Create your account with the "Create account" button, pick the academy or plan you want and, once your payment is confirmed, you will have access from your dashboard.
How can I pay?
At checkout you will see the price in US dollars (USD) and the total in Colombian pesos. You can use Nequi, Bre-B, Bancolombia, card, PSE, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
I paid but still have no access, what do I do?
Access normally activates as soon as the payment is confirmed and a receipt reaches your email. If a few minutes passed and you do not see it, write to us on WhatsApp with your sign-up email and the receipt.
How long does my access last?
It depends on the plan you choose. The duration is shown in the plan details before you pay.
I forgot my password
On the log-in page press "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to create a new one.
How do I change the language?
Use the ES/EN selector in the top bar of the page. Inside your dashboard it is in your photo menu.
How do I change my details?
Go to your dashboard, open your photo menu and go to Profile. You can update your information there.
What is IndexPulse?
It is our app to copy professional traders and follow your performance in real time, all in one place.
Where do I download the app?
At the bottom of the page you will see the App Store and Google Play buttons. We are still activating them.
Does CopyTrading guarantee profits?
No. Trading involves a high level of risk and past results do not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
We found nothing for that search. Try another word or write to us.
