1. What IndexGenius Academy is

IndexGenius Academy is an educational trading platform. We are not a broker, we do not hold or handle your money, and we do not provide personalized financial advice. Content is informational and educational.

2. Risk warning

Trading in financial markets, including CopyTrading, involves a high level of risk and you may lose part or all of your capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Examples we show are illustrative and do not promise any return. Only invest money you can afford to lose and make your own decisions.

3. Your account

• You must be over 18 years old.
• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized access.
• Each account is personal: do not share or transfer it.
• You can sign in with your email or with your Google account.

4. Acceptable use

By using the service you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or give false information.
• Try to access accounts, systems or data without authorization.
• Copy, resell, redistribute or record the content without our permission.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

5. Content and intellectual property

The courses, classes, videos, texts, trademarks, logos and designs of IndexGenius Academy belong to IndexGenius or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for learning purposes while you have access.

6. Third-party services

The site may mention or link to third-party services, such as brokers and trading platforms. Your relationship with them is governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for their services.

7. Referrals and commissions

If referral or commission programs are enabled, they will be governed by the rules we publish for them. We do not guarantee income, and taking part in them does not create an employment or partnership relationship with IndexGenius.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend or improve features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IndexGenius is not liable for losses or damages arising from your investment decisions, the use of third-party services or service interruptions. Content is provided «as is», for educational purposes.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the security of the service at risk. You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that country, without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with its update date. If you keep using the service, we understand that you accept the changes.
